A space is designed to be supportive, educational, and grounding for those who have experienced or are navigating relationships impacted by narcissistic dynamics.

April 16 - May 14
We will meet every Thursday from 11:00am - 12:00pm est
Each session will be 55 minutes.
Structure
Over the course of five weeks, we’ll gently explore:
  • Defining narcissism and personality disorders
  • Classic NPD qualities and relationship patterns
  • Ways to respond to and protect yourself from NPD-related behaviors
  • Boundaries… or when it may be time to let go
  • Healing through healthier, more secure relationships
What to Expect
Two payment options:
  • $45 per session
    Or
  • $200 total (nonrefundable) when paid in full for all five sessions ($40/session)
Cost
All sessions, consent forms, and billing are managed through the Decoding Relationships portal. If you’re interested in joining, you’ll be able to access the setup link and review the group therapy consent form directly through the platform.
