Do you take insurance?

We do not bill any insurance companies directly. However, we prepare your receipts with all codes needed to be submitted to your insurance company for partial to full reimbursement. Depending on your health insurance provider, you may be able to submit session receipts for partial to full reimbursement. For more information, please contact your health insurance provider to determine what percentage reimbursement your medical package offers for out-of-network family or individual behavioral-health therapy services.

How long is the wait to get in?

Typically, we can get you in for a first appointment within 7-14 days. Please submit a request via the “Book an Appointment” tab to receive information about the soonest intake appointment available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept electronic payments for all sessions. Your card information is confidential and protected via your web portal dashboard on Theraplatform.com. You have access to, and control of, your payment methods at all times.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

What platform do you use for your virtual appointments?

We use TheraPlatform.com for all Telehealth appointments. TheraPlatform is a HIPAA-compliant, privacy protected, virtual platform where you can submit payments, access receipts, review the calendar, join your sessions, and sign required patient forms.

Are sessions recorded?

Sessions are never recorded for any reason.
