Mental Wellness Teen Support Group

Led by counselors Chelsea Cornett and Jennifer Parrella, we offer a supportive space for individuals and couples to learn healthy communication approaches to improve and sustain your happy relationships with family, friends, and loved ones. During this session, we also teach building healthy self-esteem and self-worth by covering important topics and concepts, and encouraging open discussions to share stories, thoughts, feelings, and interactions.

January 12th - March 1st: Join us on Fridays at 5pm where we cover new topics on approaches to healthy communications and tips on how to communicate effectively and empathetically.
