Meet Elizabeth:
“I believe that the counseling process requires collaborative efforts between the therapist and client.”

As a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, Elizabeth takes pride in working with members of the military, veterans and their families. Her primary treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and can also integrate Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused modalities to help you explore the way that you think, feel, act and communicate.
